Well Lissas skin always itched when something was up or someone was in danger so i would just assume its an effect of drinking her blood. But i do miss Charles though, we hardly see him anymore

Yes indeed, hers did, but no one else who drank her blood had that effect, just seemed odd that Charles had it along with what he thought about it all coming out alright, like he already knew the outcome or something. Oh i don't know, i'm going nuts trying to work out what is going to happen maybe i'm just looking too hard lol
I think the "all would come right at the end" was more self pep talk than talent, he was trying to calm down, then the itching started. Wasn't related to power at all, just wishful thinking to calm down before the power kicked in.
At least that's how I read it.
As far as the weak version of precog Lissa gets, that was only time she shared blood and something bad was about to happen, and the person that drank her blood was at rest and trying to calm down.
It's a very specific set of circumstances needed for that power to kick in.
She did say that they would hold every one of her abilities for an hour, so id think that counts as one. Plus all the others were in the thick of the battle and probably too occupied with others whereas Charles was up on the hill with the humans.
Oh god im the same, suspicious of every character now!!! Lol Connie's mashed my poor little brain i was even suspecting Plovel yesterday! Haha

Yeah, I'm on book 17 of my reread, going to try and step back before my brain explodes.
I still like the idea of the mind using Thurlow for errands if he can handle it, far from convinced the gray eyes or even that its a male is confirmed in the books.
Unless I missed something, or Connie said something?
Yeah for some reason i was sure at some point it confirmed the Mind was male but on my re-read i dont think it actually does at all. I think the grey eyes part is likely but again nothing outright says its the Mind.
Im not sure how Thurlow fits into it yet, still wondering at why he was so worked up when he came to Lissa.
