I was pondering Teeg, is he good or bad, human or other, so I was working through the clues we have on him. He is very tall, he plays his cards very close to his chest, he is probably a very good actor, he seems to have compulsion and mind-reading, he may have misting and vampire like claws, he uses Earth slang. That was when a crazy thought hit me - could Teeg be Ash, all grown up in the future and still (maybe) fighting the good fight.

Was it Teeg that misted Leah back to the pool, rather than dumping her in the river she was closer to?

I think Teeg also has beguilement/charm ability. I think he charmed Arvil into getting Reah to marry him and naming them as Heirs. Also getting the warlocks to switch allegiance to him. Think on the end when he was being cruel to Reah, but she almost smiled when he did even though he was breaking her heart. I really think that is a one of his Talents. Maybe he is a quarter Ellymana from the past moved to future? I doubt he is Ashe. Ashe is always described as light brown hair.
My thoughts on Teeg. I think he might be a mixture of the three. Don't forget the Elves that were introduced in this series... I also think he did want to protect Reah. so he sent her away the only way she would go. If there had been any lies he told her then she would have known. His description is a moot point as we know that they can change their looks for me at this point anyway. I also thought he might be one of the mighty's....lol I also thought of Ashe. But I think that is a clanger here. I am looking more to the elves/elmyrias Mixed with a vampire....<grin> Just working through this....Also might be a high demon also... Not sure at this point. But i do think he can read Reah's thoughts so he knew early on who she was....
