I missed it the first time too. I do love rereading the books, somehow I always miss something the first time round which always makes for an even more pleasurable read second time round! :)

Hmmm... Lissa has claiming marks from Kifirin and Gardevick, but she has bourne Gavin's child. :unsure:
In the days BC (before Connie) the greatest author of fantasy was John Bunyan. My favourite is 'The Holy War'. You can find it free on Gutenberg.

Keep in mind that Reah is only a quarter blood High demon... so this could change things....<grin> I would like to know what else she is made of....<grin>. Also a thought how would drinking blood change this too?

Well, we know Edan is her father so 1/2 human (does murderous / abusive asshole count?).
We know her Mother was 1/2 High Demon so 1/4 (High Demon).

So it is only the other half of her mother in question, at a guess I would say human but I am not sure I have read either way. I will go back and reread the books to see if I missed something.

I think I read in 2nd book that Lissa could have children from others because she had NO High deamon heritage.
