If you want to draw a parallel between Cassie and another of Connie's characters I would use Quin (Finder), Cassie is the only female Fire Demon and Quin is the only one of her kind. I believe that both are also a lot more than they, at first, appear.
it seems possible that she may also have a mixed heritage.
According to the story, so far, she is pure elemental ... although the facts point to that not being the truth. Given that this is not the same universe as the other books ... what do you think she is? I'll even throw part of my current working theory out there ... We know that there are / were six Earths and the Shakkor Agdah are from Earth six ... but was it ever said that nothing else traveled from Earth six?
