Storyline

And I have to say Glinda has to feel like shit now, after all Reah is her own mother reborn. Now this might the mean and spiteful side of me but I hope Reah and Tory to make up and have more kids only because Jayd, Glinda and Garde will never see them without strict supervised and those kid will never get anywhere close to Kifirin(God or planet) without interference from a higher power forcing Reah. Yeah I think Reah will keep all her coming children as far from Kifirin(both planet and god) as she can and none of her mates will change her mind otherwise, even if any of her coming children are High Demon. I have to say I hated the fact Reah's daughter's were left muted but if the mute was removed they might leave Kifirin and never go back like Reah and the emotional damage of all of it at once would mean countless hours with Kevis sorting it all out. So while I don't like it I can understand the reasoning for their own mental health and the well being of Kifirin(the planet) the mute stays.

So, we left off with Nefrigar talking Reah away from the volcano and spiriting her off.

The following are events or situation sometimes jump around or are an overall review of an event.

Event 1) She was put into Kevis' mental health facility. He didn't believe Reah much when she complained about nurse nasty. So, this lead to Reah being opened to another betrayal. In this case, it made everyone in the Alliances think she was crazy. Since she had such wide exposure, this will prevent her from helping ASD undercover in the future.... however, I see this is good since they can't drag her into bad situations undercover wise. So its a good for her, but bad for Alliance since she was very good at resolving issues.

Event 2) She skipped off to Avendor to work with the Gishi groves there for peace and quiet. As we know Avendor is where the half children from "Shadowed" went along with Ashe and his group of shifters. I strongly suspect the "owner" of the Southstar grove is Ashe and group. And the manager the other grove owner was afraid of, Trajan? Or other? She met up with Edward, the half elemaiyan and he feel instantly in love. Poor Reah didn't want to add any more men to her list. However, Edward did a spectacular job of gently getting into her heart. Bravo Edward!

Event 3) Astralan added as a mate. Teeg is not to comfortable with having his body guard now also co-mate to Reah. Hoever, Astralan seemed almost as good as Ry as a mate. He was caring and there for her. Any other thoughts on Astralan?

Event 4) Reah off and on worked out of Farzi's groves after Teeg caught up to her. Kevis realizes working to harvest trees seems to bring Reah peace.

Event 5) Coroloan also gets added to the mate stable once the mute was released. He is there in the book, and indicates he wants to tell Reah how much he cares. However, I really didn't feel he was there for Reah as much as Edward, Astralan, Ry, or Kevis.

Event 6) Wylend made and attempt to apologize to Reah, but she wasn't going to take him back. Yea for Reah!

Event 7) Griffith still hasn't gotten Amara back. However, he expressed he was happy that Wyatt was going to someone who would love him.

Event Reah takes Edward to Lissia. He meets up with Winkler who is happy to see him again. Not sure still why Flavio was surpised beyond he might know who Edward use to be. Finaly he meets Lissa, and she is able to sniff out that he is her great uncle, but doesn't tell him I think that he is Ashe's half brother. Interesting revelation!

Event 9) Kevis saying she is in a safe place, then soon after getting shot. How ironic!

Event 10) Reah proves to Kevis that the public will be afraid of her by going out for ice cream. Interesting he didn't believe it until they went out. I would think he would know that would happen.

Event 11) Both Tory and Teeg lash out in anger at Reah alot. Edward though showed the way and instead of getting on her case for skipping out, he just says he is glad she is back or tells her he missed her. That's something it looks like her mates have not been doing.

Event 12) Kevis confirmed what Reah said: Her daughters don't know details about her, but know details about Glinda and Jayd. Also they could not recognize her chin. We find out later that this is due to the mute still left on the daughters. I was sad to see this was left on, but understood the confusion and upset it would cause.

Event 13) Lendill's two brothers decided to kill Reah. Per the book, because her abilities helped remove the spell stifling his powers. The lengths these two go to: enlisting Copper Rogue Ra'Ak, traveling the timeline go get all sorts of nasties, and finally tapping Xordthe again. On the tapping, it was found to be useless since it looks like they could tap the core, but not use the energy. Did anyone catch if Reah healed the core after the battle was done?

Event 14) Franklin gets back into the story with his mates/friends Joey and Norton. THey are there as "nurses", but really more of a friend influence for Reah to relax with. They are all a hoot to watch! Its funny they gain two of Teeg's warlocks as mates.

Event 15) Reah took out Rogue Copper Ra'ak. She also was able to heal Dragon and Kiarra with of the poison with her blood. It's interesting that the Copper Ra'ak from the past ask her to help broker a peace deal once they know about this. From this deal, both the Copper and Black Ra'ak get to feed from the criminals on Evensun (at certain times). They also will have help looking for good people to covert to Ra'ak. They lost on Flyer when Belen allowed Reah to chose him as a Saa Thalar renewal.

Event 16) Reah really lays into her mates about the neglect she has had the last 25 years. She goes into Teeg, Auri's, Lok's, Lendill's, Farzi's, and Nenzi's issues specifically. Good for Reah. Teeg comes back with "I always thought someone else was taking up the slack". That was probably partially from the mute, but SHEESH!

Event 17) Tory still seems immature through the book. However, Reah does give him a chance to marry him in the end in spite of the thoughtless comments he made. That shows quiet a generous heart! I agree though, bringing up an ex wife after sex is really bad. Also the comment about Garde saying he was worried about how the children turned out. She realized Tory had also some of the prejudice.

Event 18) Farzi and Nenzi get un-neutered. That was great for them. Though I feel sorry for the other six snake men who didn't get the reversal.

Event 19) The God time travel fact finding mission with Belen and Reah's mates really helped Kevis and the others really see what had been happening with Reah. The beating of Reah age ten by the old Edan was hard to read.

Event 20) Reah and her Gishi ice cream go like gang busters on sales. It was neat that Edward became her partner on that project. I am VERY happy that Kirifin's crown (Jayde, Garde, and Glinda) didn't get to profit further off Reah. Garde would have likely still left her in rags as she mentioned.

Event 21) The jewelry her men got her was impressive by the sound of it. Also Reah definitely appreciated it from the read of the reveal scene.

Event 22) Reah's conversation with Zellar's ghost was very interesting and that he was definitely starting to pay. Also, the fact that he would continue to pay until the worlds he killed were fully restored.

Event 23) The view of Gishi trees from bedroom balcony really does sound dreamy. Awesome view Edward made for her. From what I understand, he mentioned that he made it with his coming mate in mind?

Event 24) Zen's reformation of twenty five thousand years seems to have reformed him and given hope to the greater deamon's future survival. I felt he had changed enough to be a mate for Reah. He wasn't the insensitive jerk from before.

Event 25) The bad press from Cynthin was really nasty. Good thing it back fired on her with the follow up news from the good reporter. She needs to by lynched by her planet. I wonder if they will ever find out that she lead to her planet getting tapped again.

Event 26) Interesting that Nefrigar is brother to Philigar. ALso that Nefirgar has two sons. So does Nefrigar still have a live additional mate?

Event 27)The buy out of the competing Avendor groves was cool. Merrill was definitely a touch negotiator!

Event 28) So funny on the scene where Drake and Drew found out they will both be parents!

Event 29) I like Kevis' comment "..,aren't all children special? At least to loving parents?"

Event 30) Reah finally has lots of money! this from half the pirates loot. Yeah! SHe will be Richer with the Gishi fruit ice cream and with her restaurant's profit not being skimmed off. Good change for Reah!

Event 31)Reah saving the people in the hearing area in her large Thifilatha form was memorable. It also sounds like tapes of her taking the people out got lots and lots of air time.

Event 32) Ceerah got what she deserved, death by Ra'ak!

Event 33) It definitely sounds like Edward is the dream mate she has been needing. She definitely reacts more positively with him.

Event 34) Reah' biggest fear was laid out when Kevis told her they "would not let her go". She told them that Kirifin could just crook his finger and cause them to let her go. Kirifin really messed her up in so many ways.

Event 35) Yea that Li'Neruh Rath is taking over as the Dark Realm and will be watching Kirifin's to make sure he behaves. Also that Li'Neruh is considered several levels above Kirifin's parent, so probably way above the nameless level, whatever level the Koh'Ahmari reside at.

Event 36) Lissa separates from Kirifin and Garde for 200 years. Its a start, I wonder if Garde will every improve? Sounds like Garde is set in his ways and doesn't really feel much any more. He doesn't have much tolerance per Kirifin.

Event 37) Renegar taking Reah to visit with the spirits of Edan, Addah, Reah's mother, Lendevick Lith, and Bel I think was the most healing part of the book. It was great she got to talk to her mother and Bel.

Event 38) Glinda realizes that Reah is her mother reborn and sounds devastated. ALso, the fact that Reah was able to restore Kirifin's tears to Glinda and Jayde was very neat. However, we are still left with what they actually DO and what is the secret around them. So, I assume that will come out in God Wars or some future book

Event 39) Lissa is forced not to participate due to pregnancy again. Poor gal, she could have really wiped out the forces. However, even though It looked like Reah would stay back, we are shown she and Edward traveled the timelines from the future to come fight. The cool thing is, they brought Griffins, unicorns and other being's that were thought to be mostly extinct. So, on the unicorns, Kiarra an Wynn are not the only ones any more. I wonder if we will see more of those in the God Wars?

Event 30) So Reah, Edward, and Renegar are now nameless. WOOT! great people to have it happen to.
ALso that Edward is the War Eagle of the Elemaiya? Neat!

Ok.. I am stopping at 30 even though there were lots more stuff I could comment on. The above is plenty to start with. Now over to everyone else to chime in or add their own storyline comments
