So since it is present day for the twins, then they still have their powers. They haven't been stripped away as punishment yet. And they are still as murderous as ever.
I doubt the twins will die as that would have serious repercussions on the timeline. However with that said there may be punishment(s) levied that just fall short of death. Considering what High Demons do to their friends / relatives I am confident that that twins could very well regret ever coming near Earth regardless of what they were paid or promised.

Doubtful, Kell and Klancy do not act alike. While Connie may play with time, looks, and names I have not seen any of her characters knowingly not act like themselves.
