I think it would be better to say that the RD series takes place in a timeline that exists after the God Wars, but about 400 years in the past. Breanne's time on earth is about 58 years before the RD books. I don't remember if there was any mention of Jamie and his mom being left at South Star or if they were returned to their time line. I would think that Breanne would have left them at South Star though unless it would somehow effect the new timeline somehow.

You guys make a great point and one that I had not considered. I think I got caught up in the odds of the turn and WHO had been successfully turned and had forgotten about Lilly. Ok, ok, ok. There's one other thing that I keep waiting for that hasn't happened yet and I wonder if/when it will.

I just finished rereading the book and have a question:
What exactly is Dinosaur boy (DB) ? If a wizard/warlocks powers cant hurt him, he must be something special, or ?

Another Qustion if you don't mind:
The woman naming the Baby " Ilya Rafael Ironsmith", who was she ?
I'm guessing a Shining One, but I maybe mistaken.

1) I think it's more the level of the warlocks vs. just how pissed off Cori was. Think more Larentii shield .

2) I suspect Bree named the child.

Of course the only definitive answers have to come from Connie ... your guesses are just as valid as mine.
