Was there description of Tybus before his features were changed to match gavrils can't remember how he was described. I really need to reread that section of the book
His features were not changed, the only things done were cleaning him up, healing him, and Lissa providing blood. The classic evil villain monolog told us that he looked exactly like Teeg.

By bringing into this discussion those that have the "ability" to change someones looks versus when we are told someone was altered ... you do realize that by that argument you open up the possibility field to everyone?

@Curly, it just seemed more likely than someone naturally looking identical, plus we don't know what their end game was, they could quite possibly have been working to break him and put him in Teeg's place as their puppet, although, to my mind when they have the ability to change features it would have made more sense to use one of their own, but maybe they wouldn't smell right whereas Teeg would. I really don't know lol was just a thought.
