Loving these story discussions...but, devil's advocate again (I know, I stepped off my understanding box in my earlier post)...I am hoping that Griffin has learned his lesson. Even if it's just for Wyatt's sake. I keep going back to when Belen says that Griffin has no faith (and also in Blood Reunion where he seemed so different). Even someone older than his own father can change - and keep in mind, while what Griffin did was always bad for Lissa - millions of lives were saved. He was wrong, no doubt about it, but he was TRYING to help. It's not like he was Zellar with all that power and doing it for money.
I guess Griffin is another topic, best said elsewhere, but I do agree that both Ry and Wyatt are potential mate options. And don't forget Cheedas! I think there's some potential there, too!
As quickly as Reah's mates are popping, I think Jayd should watch out for the crown, LOL. Just kidding on that part, but Wylend said earlier that the powerful always have lots of mates. I think this is coming out, again.
Agree with all of you on the Rangers. That was one of the bigger shocks - the good guys being with and protecting that idiot Nods. I agree - I think Reah will get them back.
Lissa is going to need to give Reah a planet to house her adoptive family, her mates and their families. ha ha.
But wow - what an awesome mother-in-law! One who will say - let's go take care of business, rather than whining at you because her son is away in battle.
Larry - couldn't agree more about the hair. And I think that while clearly you get it, most guys have no clue how important hair is to a chick. You'd think with that lion's mane that Auri would have a clue. J/K.
Finally - I don't think the drink was blood. Or maybe I just hope it wasn't. But my thought is that a chef as experienced as Reah would notice the texture and consistency differences between a fruit based drink with protein powder and blood. Her nose must also be sensitive to be a good cook, and she's not dumb. She would have figured that one out.
I'm going to love the development in this series.
