Random question - who actually did the cloning of Moxas? In the end he was an amalgam of different species, could Earth have gotten alien DNA and idiots started to play with it?

The Ra'ak, Moxas was half Bright Elemaiya, half Dark Elemaiya with a bit of Ra'ak spliced in for extra fun insanity.

They may have gotten ahold of some of Saxom's ash … if someone did not separate him after Adam killed him, but to the best of what I can remember all the Moxas' were separated.
