Jball i certainly dont think youre off your rocker this looks like events as seen from a slightly different perspective and i assume were seeing a scene talking about lissa`s caddy which later in destroyer becomes ashes. Its almost as if we are being given a glimpse at events which clarify what we already know . Well we knew that to a certain extent this was going to happen with the god wars books as there are events and conversations all through the previous serieses that could only be happening in the future.
by the way guys and gals it justt 7 days to dream day or less if Connie keeps to previous form. Oh how hard she works she must be one of the most prolific authour I`ve seen.
Your right Robby on the caddy I think and other events. I am also hoping it is sooner that 6 days from now. It will all depend on how stubborn those edits are being to Connie.
Thanks Connie for validating my sanity. Yea! My theory is correct on the new Blood Resolution (God Wars #3) snippet. Its great to be able to put things in something of a timeline.
I have reached the point where I am just waiting for the release of Dream. We have covered a lot of ground here, but I am ready to read the story as soon as I can get my grubby little hands on it.
We are a week away from answers. And I expect a few more mysteries to lead in to the God Wars series.
Connie put a new Deamon's Dream Snippet up to tide is over until book is out.
Here it is:
==============
Demon's Dream Teaser
Here's something to keep you busy while waiting for the book.
Happy Weekend, everybody!
"Where are we?" Edward hissed as I led him toward Lissa's kitchen. I didn't even know who worked in it any more.
"You're in the palace in Lissia," I said. "On Le-Ath Veronis."
"The vampire planet?" Edward stopped dead still.
"What are you worried about?" I asked, stopping with him.
"They uh, wanted to turn somebody I know, once upon a time," he muttered. "Someone of my race."
"I think they're past that," I said, throwing out a hand in a dismissive gesture. "Come on, Lissa will pound somebody's head if they look at you wrong."
"You're sure? And her name is Lissa?"
"I am, and yes, her name is Lissa." I gave him an encouraging smile. "Besides, this is keeping me away from a counseling session with the good Doctor Halivar." I couldn't help but feel gleeful over that. "Are you hungry?" I dragged Edward with me until we reached the kitchen.
"This is wonderful," Edward sighed after eating nearly all the crepe I'd served him.
"I have a Master Cook's license," I reminded him.
"You said that. Now I believe it," he said. I heard footsteps and voices approaching and was prepared to make more crepes when several things happened. Lissa drew in a breath when she saw Edward. Flavio, Head of the Vampire Council, stared in shock and Edward blinked at the third member of their party before whispering, "Winkler?"
===================================
So Yea! Winkler is back in town! And who is Dr Halivar? Kevis? I am not sure of his last name.
Thoughts on the new snippet?
Well my first thought is Connie likes teasing us lol. I have no idea about the Dr. Halivar but it could be if he's anything like his father then he should be unbearable when it comes to someones health mental or otherwise. I also can't wait for Winkler's reaction to Edward and everyone else that should have died in Destroyer being alive.
