Candidates for The Mighty Mind

@Bethan, just reread that part again, memory like a goldfish, you are completely correct. Sure it isn't Adam but Justin is definitely in the running.

@David Trik has more power than he lets on which is evident in the book, Nissa, however has ludicrous amounts.

The problem with this is that the more we all reread the more possibilities we are finding and these are just the ones with grey eyes! Let us not forget that we are all presuming that the grey eyes and the Mighty Mind are one in the same, this may not be the case, although I am inclined to think it is. If, and it is a big if, the person with grey eyes is not the Mind then this brings Jayson in as a possible candidate. As yet he seems to have no real place in things but is an obvious "main" character in the development. Lets be host, the whole grey eye thing could be a huge red herring, it's not like Connie isn't more than capable (and wicked) enough to do this to us!

Oh how I wish she would hurry up and release the next instalment!

Just read something that has gotten me thinking.

Working to calm himself, Charles repeated silently that all would come right in the end. Until his skin began to itch. He attempted to ignore it at first, but then his flesh began to burn Charles went to mist in a blink and blazed toward the battle. - Blood Royal

How does he know all will come right in the end? Skin itching isn't part of what the vamps get from taking Lissa's blood. Hrmmm. Any thoughts?

Well Lissas skin always itched when something was up or someone was in danger so i would just assume its an effect of drinking her blood. But i do miss Charles though, we hardly see him anymore :(

Yes indeed, hers did, but no one else who drank her blood had that effect, just seemed odd that Charles had it along with what he thought about it all coming out alright, like he already knew the outcome or something. Oh i don't know, i'm going nuts trying to work out what is going to happen maybe i'm just looking too hard lol

I think the "all would come right at the end" was more self pep talk than talent, he was trying to calm down, then the itching started. Wasn't related to power at all, just wishful thinking to calm down before the power kicked in.

At least that's how I read it.

As far as the weak version of precog Lissa gets, that was only time she shared blood and something bad was about to happen, and the person that drank her blood was at rest and trying to calm down.

It's a very specific set of circumstances needed for that power to kick in.

She did say that they would hold every one of her abilities for an hour, so id think that counts as one. Plus all the others were in the thick of the battle and probably too occupied with others whereas Charles was up on the hill with the humans.

Oh god im the same, suspicious of every character now!!! Lol Connie's mashed my poor little brain :) i was even suspecting Plovel yesterday! Haha
