So glad I am not the only one who finished the book going "wow what happened there?" with the twists and turns. Definitely need to reread.

The what happened is not too bad ... the mind bending parts are why, was it natural or enemy action, what are the deeper impacts, and what chain reactions will happen now ...

The base story is interesting ad a very good read, the part that intrigues me the most is the story behind the story ... it's a puzzle that becomes clearer with every book ... even if we are not sure yet just how big the puzzle is. lol

Reading is a gift to yourself that you can share with everyone.

mini-spoiler hint

I cried and cried and cried for Reah. If Auri turns on her, I think I will scream in frustration. Wylend was the last of them that I expected to be an idiot. I just kept thinking that I am PERMANENTLY in female cycle and I have never done anything so underhanded and cruel as what he did. But anyway....

And Tori - I really thought that it would be better, but then! and with Kifirin at the end I am so afraid she's going to lose the twins, too. :'( And that makes me want to cry even now.

Dang these good characters. I feel like I'm watching a soap opera that actually matters! LOL

Well I seriously don't think she will loose the twins but I do think K is going to seclude her for her own good cause this mystery bad person who is out to give them hell is really gunning for her.

Can I just say Zellar even tho he is a hateful bastard primo escape plan.

OMG I knew that chick was going to be trouble as soon as she spoke to him in that bar good grief god save men folks from their stupidity he just proved his immaturity in spades.

Also I have to add I love Loc he started out iffy but he came thru LOL

I am really disappointed at Tori. He seemed more mature in Blood Reunion when he was 14 (?) than here. I am not sure how his new wife and her scheming father is going to add to the plot. It could be devastating.

I am really hoping that Wylend never gets back as a mate.

Poor Wyatt. :(

I also do not think she will lose the twins either. I am hoping help comes from someplace other than Kifirin though. His help does not always seem to help.

Do we know who the Koh'Ahmari are from a previous book? Are they good guys or bad guys or somewhere in between?

I would have never guessed correctly on why Eden is different after prison.

But if everyone played nice, there would not be an interesting story line

Echos of Winkler and his wife anyone? Tori and the grasping wife and father-in-law. I sure hope that they have a swifter resolution than Winkler did.
Interesting comment that Nefrigar threw out to Reah about things not being what they seem. So maybe Wylend's "snit" (more suited to hormonal 13 year old girls but a lot more damaging) may not be totally his fault - sooo disappointed in him.
I even feel sorry for Griffin - yes I agree he needed to have a comeuppance but Wyatt was the one who paid the ultimate price.
