Historically Royalty have always had valets that dressed them. I think that's how Cayetes views himself. Who knows maybe he gets off on that too, he is a sick perverted sociopath after all.

Got it on my mind to change my ways, but I don't think I can be anything other than me.

I wonder if Quinn knows what the twins want in the coffin... she looked at them. It would be fun if Lissa took it out and hid it , cause the twins only have a locating spell on the coffin not the contents. Then they can set a trap for them. Then we can finally find out what the First ordinance is, what the hidden parts of the book say and where the Avii and the people from Fyris are from. So many questions so few answers.

I think Marid hid some of the poison in the coffin. and that is why the twins were talking about going to grey planet to get morid to see if he knew how to unlock the coffin .if im right I wonder what they are planning to do with it. Also I think quin and the orb are going to have a epic showdown to see who is calling the shots I think quin is not to happy with some of the things it did.

Sorry, but that makes no sense. Marid was incapable of shielding the poison, his containers all leaked and the little creepers escaped and poisoned the Cayetes, Marid and Morid for example.
That aside the poison is everywhere now. No need hiding it.
The twins are hoping that Morid can open the Coffin. Whatever is inside is for their overtake bid on Karathia. They want to become King(s) of Karathia.

Lets just hope Quin survives the showdown so far the orb always has had the upper hand!

The internet has proven that this is not true."

New thought on the Orb:

If it is related to the stones Quinn found in the hidden room - what's in the Orb?
Originally I thought it had to be, like, a portion of Liron's sentience.
Now I'm wondering if the Orb is filled with whatever the antithesis of the poison creatures are. Beings of light vs. Beings of Darkness, but the light "creatures" can't survive for an extended time outside the Orb. (Maybe they burn out or start setting everything on fire or something.)

It was said (I think) that the Orb could appear at the location of the Saving. Perhaps the Queen just summoned them and let them battle with/reduce the numbers of the poison, thus maintaining the Balance, then returned them to their haven.

Maybe I've been reading it wrong, but I've been getting the vague impression the Orb is consistently popping Quinn into the places she needs to be to eventually defeat the poison, not just defeat Cayates. If shifting Quinn about is more about gathering the allies she needs and stopping the baddies who are making it neigh impossible to deal with the poison, I can see a justification that the uber-goal of the Orb is still "defeat the poison".

Thoughts?

Interesting thoughts Kyler, but I think we need to consider deeper. Liron created the orb and was a rogue god. I think he introduced the Avri and the Fyris people onto Siriaa. I do not recollect that we've been told that Liron created the little poison bugs. Was Liron a true rogue and all of this part of a long term play to ensure that no matter the outcome of the god wars ultimately the good guys will not win as the poison will destroy everything? If this is so then the saving every few years would be to keep the poison under control until it is required. Alternatively Liron was not truly rogue, or had second thoughts, and his actions with the orb and the others were designed to stop, rather than control, the poison bugs and he was trying to save the universe. This one would match with Kyler's thoughts on the orb's actions. I'm still trying to decide which theory I prefer.
