I'm not asking you to like / hate a character … all I am doing is providing an opinion on why the lead characters tend to not draw the "nice", "easy to get along with" men and / or women.

If someone actually liked and approved of Griffins actions … well … I would be tempted to suggest professional help.

Sorry Clare,

can't agree with you here.
In the beginning all the created beings (gods, creatures etc.) were good and then some started to turn bad on all powerlevels.

Source: Destroyer Griffin tells Ash the story of the 3.
"One day the One and the Three discovered that a blight had infected their ranks. ...
Some at many levels of power had banded together and turned against them"

But this quote makes my theory look very bad im sorry to say. :(
Well with Connie everything is possible.

Good Night.

"Someone once said a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters could reproduce the works of Shakespeare.
The internet has proven that this is not true."

Damn ... time to play Devil's Advocate again ... /sigh.

While we know that the Saa Thalarr can't lie ... there are shades of the truth, Griffin has a nasty habit of twisting the truth into something that, while factually correct, bears little resemblance to the actual situation. Also, to throw another monkey wrench into the works, can we be sure that Griffin knew ALL the facts to begin with? The best lies / misdirections are 100% truth with a key fact missing ...

Oh that is very true, Larry. If it had only come from Griffin I would be treating it with a pinch of salt but numerous other sources have spoken of it too, including Larentii and Ashe (after he was fully aware of who and what he is). For me that adds more credence to the story.

@RKET Not entirely sure what you are disagreeing with as your quote just backs up what I said rather than refutes it. Unless you mean my use of the term "other side", which was just a term I used to identify who I meant, could have just as easily said "bad guys" but ive never felt comfortable using that term as it is so subjective.

I do like the theory, a lot...

@RKET Yeah I noticed that... my questions are can they defeat the general and second did they kill Acrimus? Maybe I just overlooked it but after the General came I think A. wasn't really mentioned again. So did Bree kill him or what?

As to the theory I think it's possible but Breanne said he was so much more powerfull and I think the Mighty are more or less on the same powerlevel amongst themselves.
Brea also said at the end that he gained power. So for me that means he was less strong in the past and hence not one of the Mighty.

My crazy theory........

So here is what I am thinking on the power thing. In the beginning of blood double Kifirin "borrowed" most of his supervisors power in order to be strong enough to cReate the dark worlds and races.......

At the end of blood revolution Reah notes that the three may not be powerful enough already and the generals power is still growing.

I think the general can be that powerful because he is stealing it from other Gods, while killing them or what have you etc.... Not sure of the mechanics of what he is doing, but my guess is that's what is going on, and how he is so strong now.
