I had to double check to make sure that Jason was the new director after Bill (checking out the names)

I did not realized why Hank was trying to get Breanne to somewhat accept the dom/sub scene until it was discussed that she could not panic and retreat inside herself if she had to be the Mighty Heart. But I agree with a lot of Opal's statements stating they could have done it better than they did -- thinking they (the men in her life) are always right and know what is best for her. I think Opal brings in another viewpoint so it is not always Breanne's vs Hank, Jason, etc.

I wonder when Hank figured out that Breanne was the Mighty Heart? It seemed he knew by the beginning of this book.

Griffin ended up being hopelessly self-centered again with his reaction to Amanda and dismissing Breanne. Maybe he will learn something after Breanne tries to rescue and and brings him back to life?

Who will bring back Breanne?

Also Charles surprised me in this book. He did end up being one of the more sympathetic roles to Breanne which was good for her.

I also wonder how Connie will move all the players around so that Jason, Bill, etc end up still in their jobs for the Ir'indicti series.

@Larry, figured it was the mind that mellowed Gavin, but still, it was freaking me out, might have well as gone skipping and picking flowers and I wouldn't have been more surprised. It also proves my point, Gavin can't not be an a$$ without external help or modification.

I'm of two minds bout Teeg, glad the issue of his actions is figured out, and I feel a little sorry for him but his actions still stir the anger and I dont think he deserves a complete pass. I think I'll consider Tybus/Gavril separately, we will see how he does. It looks promising anyway.

Not knowing who the mind was isn't bothering me anymore, he had Hank push Bree to hard for some reason or another. Maybe it was needed but.......

Pretty sure I read that the Mighty Mind made Hank push Bree so that she would be angry and not panic/ freeze out when she was faced with the club they needed to investigate and Hank hated doing it to her but M/Wisdom is his "boss" so to speak.
I do feel sorry for Lissa and Gavin - no one deserves to loose a child once let alone twice over like they have.(even when Gavin was an asshat)

I've got a rant about Teeg, but I'll save it for a little while ... I think it is still too close to the release to post it yet.

Loved seeing so many things come together. Seeing Jimmy the cook and his love for Trina, not to mention what Trina said as she passed over - that they would be together, that could be interesting! The biggest shocker was Jayson/Matt Michaels! That was a real omg! Moment for me, I so didn't see that coming! Hank still remains something of a mystery, yes he has revealed his High Demon part but that is not all he is and that has yet to be revealed. I think it is a given that Bree will survive but the question of the moment is how? The most obvious possibility, to me anyway, is that the wise ones bring her back. It has been mentioned countless times in this book and many others that they can change what was when working together. What are the other possible ways for to escape this?

Seems daft, all considering but a burning curiosity for me at the moment is Kay. What exactly can and will she do when restored? Her title was the changer wasn't it, we know she was able to change Randy to bring out his wolf, what else can she do and how will this impact things?

I really can't wait for the next book, I tried so hard to pace myself with this one, I refused to allow myself to sit and read it all in one day. I fully intended to make it last a week. The most I managed was dragging it out to last through yesterday and an hour this morning.
